New! Silk Caramel Almond Creamer

Silk outdid themselves with this Caramel Almond Creamer!

I saw it in the refrigerated case and said to myself ” oh please please please let this be as good as I’m hoping it is”!

Guess what…it is!!!!

It has a wonder  caramelly taste and has only 15 calories per Table spoon.

Free of dairy, Gluten, soy, cholesterol, and carrageenan, what more could you ask for?!

Well, I have more. I love this Creamer, so I thought it would probably go well with my other love that comes out this time of year.

You guessed it, well maybe you didn’t, but anyway

Drum roll please

These two where made for each other !

So good you don’t even need to add sugar.  Now this is  all coming from someone who isn’t a big coffee fan. I’m telling you you really need to try this. It’s like drinking a dessert.

It’s Christmas in a mug, warm, smooth, and soothing, it even smells heavenly.

☕️Flaxseed Detox Tea☕️

So, Thanksgiving is over. Are you still feeling the affects?

Maybe ate a little too much stuffing or couldn’t decide between the vegan pumpkin pie or the vegan apple pie, so you had both?!

Need something to get rid of that bloated overstuffed feeling?

I’ve  got just what you need

Flaxseed Tea

Flaxseed contains both soluble and insoluble fiber which is very effective in flushing out toxins. This tea will get you feeling back to your normal awesome self in no time!

Click the link above for the recipe. This recipe calls for honey. I, like many other vegans, do not consume honey. You can replace it with agave or just leave it out completely.

Ok, gotta go my Flawseed tea s getting cold?

Trader Joe’s Chocolate Peppermint Almond Beverage

There’s a new beverage in town giving Eggnog a run for it’s money!

?Trader Joe’s Chocolate Peppermint Almond Beverage!?

I was so excited when I saw this in the refrigerated section!  I grabbed it and did a happy dance?? I couldn’t wait to get home and try it. I was so hoping it would live up to my expectations. The carton said it was Smooth and Creamy with a rich cocoa and Peppermint flavor.  I had to see for myself.

I opened the carton, it smelled chocolatey and Pepperminty. Off to a good start.

Poured some in a fancy glass, it looked Creamy and chocolatey.

Now for the moment we’ve all been waiting for…

YUM! It is Creamy and chocolatey and pepperminty!

Its pretty darn good!

You can serve it cold or warmed

It’s Gluten free, Lactose and Dairy Free, Soy free, and Vegan

Perfect for the Holidays

???Happy Thanksgiving Vegan Style???

Can you believe it’s that time of year already?!

I love Thanksgiving. Being with my  family. We always have an amazing time!

Ok, I know Thanksgiving can be a challenging  Holiday.  I happen to be the only Vegan in my extended family. Every year we spend Thanksgiving with my parents. My mom makes so much amazing food. Most of the food I chose not to eat. Instead I bring my own food. I bring enough for me and to share with my family if they like. No one feels awkward or left out. Thanksgiving with non vegans doesn’t have to be hard or scary. The thing I love best about Thanksgiving is being with the people I love. It’s not all about the food. So my advice to you is, don’t make it about the food. Don’t make it awkward. Just enjoy sending time with the people you love and care about.

But being the Giving, haha, person I am, I decided to make thinks a little easier for you!

I’m sharing a link  to wonderful vegan Thanksgiving recipes!

Make enough for yourself and a little extra to share with others. You never know you may turn them on to something they really like?

Look What’s Growing In Trader Joe’s Pumpkin Patch?

img_1336?Pumpkin pumpkin everywhere ?

I found a nice round up of pumpkin beverages at Trader Joe’s and I thought I would share them with you.

I’ve  personally tried them all. So I can honestly say they are worth buying?

?First up is the Pumpkin Almond Milk?

It’s creamy and smooth and orange.  What’s not to like?

It’s Almond milk meets pumpkin pie. It’s thicker then regular almond milk and a lot sweeter. It definitely has a pumpkin taste. I’ve  used it in oatmeal, coffee, and just by itself. It’s higher in calories than regular Almond Milk, but we all deserve a little indulgence now and then!

?Next up Pumpkin Spice Coffee?

This coffee actually taste and smell ( it’s like aroma therapy) like pumpkin spice❤️

Its a Medium Dark Roast with orange peel, nutmeg, cinnamon, allspice, ground vanilla bean, and pumpkin spice. Aaaah!

?Last but not least Pumpkin Spice Rooibos Tea?

Who doesn’t  love a hot cup of tea on a cold autum day?!

This tea will definitely awaken your senses. It smells so good!

Each little triangle pouch contains Rooibos tea with cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove.

This tea is perfect just the way it is, no need to add anything to it. You are more then welcome to add anything you like to it though.   Hmmm, how about a pumpkin tea latte with Pumpkin Almond Milk!

?Hope you enjoyed this post?
